1. Services
Movon Solutions provides digital marketing, advertising, and creative services, including but not limited to:
Social media advertising
Paid media campaigns
Ad creative production
Consulting and strategy
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide all necessary content, information, and materials in a timely manner
Ensure any materials provided do not infringe third-party rights
Approve or review creatives, campaigns, or strategies as required
Note: Movon Solutions does not provide raw footage; clients are responsible for supplying source materials if needed for campaigns. We handle editing and production of final ad creatives.
3. Payment Terms
Services are billed as per the agreed proposal or contract
Payments must be made on time; late payments may incur additional fees or suspension of services
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement

4. Intellectual Property
All final creatives, campaigns, and materials delivered to clients are owned by the client once full payment is received
Any templates, tools, or proprietary methods used by Movon Solutions remain our intellectual property
Clients are granted a license to use deliverables for their intended purpose
5. Limitations & Disclaimers
While we strive to deliver high-performing campaigns, results may vary and we do not guarantee specific outcomes, conversions, or revenue
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party platforms, ad policies, or client-supplied content
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice as outlined in the contract
Upon termination, outstanding fees remain payable
Access to accounts, campaigns, or materials may be suspended or returned depending on contract terms
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Karachi, Pakistan
9. Changes to Terms
Movon Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
